The project shown is one of the several standard subdivisions Katherine has designed. It is an infill project in Sebastopol, CA in a neighborhood of craftsman homes. The design was intentionally craftsman to blend into the neighborhood while providing the most modern amenities inside. The site was cross-sloped and accessed by a ‘T’ street with one unit including an accessory dwelling unit and two Habitat for Humanity homes to meet inclusionary housing requirements.
