Cottage Clusters are smaller homes designed around a common area, often with detached parking or garages off alleys. They are more affordable by design, due to the smaller square footage which is typically around 1100 +/- sf. These homes attract buyers that are looking for community and provide that without a formal cooperative agreement. Katherine worked with the City of Sisters on the Zoning Code that was realistic and could provide the desired outcome of the project shown here.
