Katherine has designed townhouse developments as both stand-alone and as part of mixed-use developments behind commercial buildings. These have been infill developments and as such the style is reflective of the neighborhood character in which they are located. In several cases, they have been in Victorian neighborhoods. Typically they have been 2BR 2.5 BA homes with dual masters on the 2nd floor. Some are part of 100% affordable housing with 3 and 4 BR options. Yet another is all 3 BR 2.5 BA units on an alley. Depending on the site and program, many options are available.
